Paxity is an SAS of the Social and Solidarity Economy, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade Registry. Our bylaws commit our governance, our remuneration policy and the allocation of our profits.
What we are building
Paxity was born from a simple conviction: places of living, work and leisure function better when the people who inhabit them can easily get involved, contribute and feel heard. Our mission is to strengthen social bonds and territorial cohesion — in campuses and professional buildings with Paxity Campus, and in cities and municipalities with Paxity Town. We facilitate the collaborative resolution of everyday problems and encourage the active engagement of users in their collective spaces.

Co-construction
Our bylaws commit us to regularly surveying our clients, users and partners; the results guide the evolution of the product.
Reinvestment
The majority of our profits stay in the company; remunerations are statutorily capped. What you pay funds the product, not dividends.
Sovereignty, by architecture
Paxity is hosted in France on Scaleway servers. No GAFAM dependency, no data resale, native GDPR. This is not just another commercial argument — it's a direct consequence of our mission.
